East Ridge police arrested a woman on Tuesday who was wanted by the United States Marshals Service.

Police were called to the Walmart at 4150 Ringgold Road for a possibly intoxicated person, according to a news release.

Upon arrival, they found Leslie Leavitt inside a silver vehicle parked partially in a handicap and normal parking space.

Leavitt's speech was slurred and her eyes were red, the news release states.

She initially told police she didn't have any form of identification on her person but gave them a first and last name, date of birth and social security number.

Leavitt then gave police a second last name and a different social security number. All information was false, according to the news release.

After searching her vehicle for a cell phone, police found a metal tin that contained about 70 grams of methamphetamine, the news release states.

Leavitt was taken to the Hamilton County Jail and is scheduled to appear in East Ridge Court on Nov. 13. Her bond was set at $102,000.
