The victim complied and handed over $3,000. At that point, Heard told the victim to "get out or he was going to kill [him]," according to court records.
Chattanooga police located the vehicle along Interstate 24 Eastbound based on a detailed description. They conducted a traffic stop and searched the vehicle and found three firearms, all of which were claimed by the suspects.
The victim identified each of the suspects, and the suspects all admitted to having involvement in the robbery, court records state.
Police also found a large strip of LSD inside Heard's wallet.
Collake, Love and Heard all face multiple charges, including aggravated robbery and unlicensed carrying of a weapon.
