Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting in the 1000 block of Bailey Avenue Thursday afternoon, police spokeswoman Elisa Myzal said.

One man sustained a gunshot wound to the arm.

Preliminary details indicate the shooting may be a result of a road rage incident, Myzal said, but that may change as the investigation continues.

Police have blocked off the Bailey Avenue railroad overpass between Central Avenue and National Avenue near the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
