Four games into franchise history, a member of the Chattanooga Red Wolves Soccer Club has been named the USL League One player of the week.

Steven Beattie's two-goal performance to lead a 3-2 victory over previously unbeaten South Georgia Tormenta FC earned him the Week 4 honor.

Beattie has been extremely dangerous with the ball around the net this season. The former League of Ireland Cork City standout has produced five shots and scored three times.

Leading the early race for the League One Golden Boot award is North Texas' Ricardo Pepi with four goals in just two matches.

Jonathan Caparelli also earned a spot on the league's team of the week as the Red Wolves' versatile defender helped pick apart Tormenta on the right wing. Caparelli had an assist and completed 81 percent of his passes.

Chattanooga (2-2) has earned six points this season along with Lansing Ignite FC, North Texas SC and Greenville Triumph SC. South Georgia Tormenta (2-1-2) leads League One with eight points.
