Marc Ericson, the Hamilton County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security's fixed nuclear facility planner, has been appointed the agency's new deputy director, a news release states.
Ericson is a retired Air Force master sergeant. Some of his duties will include oversight of the emergency operations center, building emergency management programs and implementing plans to prepare and protect county residents.
"Marc Ericson brings a tremendous amount of experience to our department," office Director Chris Adams said. "I look forward to working with him on continuing to guide our agency in building our capacity to respond to emergencies in Hamilton County."
