The man was recorded on camera on July 28 at the Zaxby's on College Drive. He drove up to the drive thru window in a gray or silver Toyota passenger car and handed the cashier a $100 bill to pay for his food.

After the suspect kept the cashier talking, he asked for his change to be paid out in $20 and $10 bills, saying the restaurant could keep the rest.The man then took the food and the confused cashier handed him about $90 thinking that it was change due, the release states.
