Grammy Award-winning singer Trisha Yearwood will celebrate the release of her new album at Barnes & Noble Hamilton Place in Chattanooga at 11 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 1.
A photo with the entertainer will be available via the purchase of a CD or vinyl copy of "Every Girl" beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, the day of the album's release. The limit is one wristband per purchase. CD booklets will be presigned by Yearwood. There will be no personalization or signing of fan memorabilia at her Sunday appearance.
"Every Girl" is Yearwood's first solo full-length album since 2007 and her second this year, following the spring release of "Let's Be Frank," a collection of Frank Sinatra covers and one original. On June 6, she debuted her new single from the latest album, "Every Girl in This Town," which became her highest debut to date. A nationwide tour in support of the new album hits the road this fall.
Yearwood first gained fame with her 1991 debut single, "She's in Love With the Boy," which became a No. 1 hit on the Billboard country singles chart. Her other hits include "Walkaway Joe," "The Song Remembers When" and "How Do I Live."
In addition to releasing 12 studio albums in her career, Yearwood hosts the Emmy Award-winning Food Network show "Trisha's Southern Kitchen." She has released three New York Times best-selling cookbooks and has designed cookware, furniture, home accessories and area rugs.
