One of the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Top 12 Most Wanted suspects was arrested Thursday after allegedly robbing and kidnapping a man the week before.

Domingo Blake Reyna, 23, is accused of robbing a man at gunpoint and stuffing him into the trunk of a car on Jan. 24, according to court documents.

That day, two construction workers called Chattanooga police after they saw a man crawl out of the trunk of a Nissan Sentra parked in the Rodeway Inn lot at 7009 Shallowford Road, court documents show.

The man was bound with duct tape and begging for help, they told officers.

The construction workers cut the man free, and he ran toward Baymont Suites just down the road after telling them he was afraid of being killed, court records say.

Police secured the car and the crime scene and found duct tape and zip ties.

Emergency personnel arrived and took the man to the hospital.

He told police he had been abducted, robbed and stuffed in the trunk by multiple men, including one he knew as "Offset" at a home in the 2600 block of Reece Street, according to court records.

The suspects took $25 cash and a cell phone and then pistol-whipped him, he told police.

Officers noted the man sustained injuries to the back of his head, face, arms and legs.

Police officers went to the home on Reece Street and obtained written permission to search the house. There, they found items used to restrain the victim.

Reyna was placed on the county's Top 12 Most Wanted on Jan. 30 and he was arrested the following day.

He is charged with aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery. He is being held in the Hamilton County Jail without bond, according to online jail records.

Reyna has an arrest history in Hamilton County dating back to 2014, including two domestic assault charges, according to online court records.

Investigators later determined "Offset" was Reyna and the victim pointed him out in a photo lineup.
