The Chattanooga Beer Board is investigating the Brainerd Road venue at which a shooting took place over the weekend.

Two men were injured in a shooting outside Celebrities Entertainment Complex, initially identified by police as Club Millenium, early Sunday morning. One man was left in critical condition.

Chattanooga police said the venue has a business license but does not have a beer permit, Chattanooga police spokeswoman Elisa Myzal confirmed.

The beer board is investigating violations of the "special gathering" permit, she said.

Myzal did not confirm whether the weekend event and subsequent shooting sparked the investigation, but she did say police were not notified of any violations prior to this weekend.

In a series of videos posted to Snapchat, a large group of people are seen gathered in a parking lot when a fight breaks out.

Someone then yells, "Gun, gun, gun!" And several quick rounds of gunfire follow.

Police collected numerous shell casings that night, and they were back on scene to collect even more casings on Monday.

Anyone with any information about either of the two shooting incidents should contact Chattanooga police at 423-698-2525. Callers can remain anonymous.
