One man shot, four people in custody in Cleveland, Tennessee

Police in Cleveland, Tennessee, got a call Monday afternoon on a man who reported being shot outside a home on Oak Street. He drove himself to a local hospital for treatment.

The victim had been shot in the upper torso, according to a statement from Cleveland police spokeswoman Evie West. The incident happened at 377 Oak Street. The call for service was received at 5:11 p.m.

When police got the shooting location on Oak Street, they saw a vehicle containing three people leaving the scene. Police placed all three in custody and took another person into custody who was inside the home.

Charges are pending. Police did not name the victim or the suspects.
