Two people arrested in Rossville, Georgia, during 'major' drug seizure

Two people have been arrested during a 'major' Rossville, Georgia, drug seizure on Saturday, according to information from Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson and a Facebook post by the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force.

Agents searched a home at 819 Park City Road and found nine pounds of methamphetamine, eight ounces of heroin and 24 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. A firearm and $1,300 in cash were also found, according to the Facebook post.

Kimberly Grayson, 49, of Rossville, has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in heroin,
possession of a firearm during the commission and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Matthew Showalter, 47, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee, has been charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in heroin and possession of a firearm during the commission. He also has outstanding felony warrants out of Hamilton County, Tennessee, for gun charges, the Facebook post states.

The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force worked with Walker County Sheriff's Office Road Patrol Division deputies during the drug seizure.
