A Rossville, Georgia man has been arrested on three child sex abuse charges, according to a news release from the Walker County Sheriff's Office.
Timothy Wayne Bennett, 57, was arrested Tuesday on three felony warrants. He has been charged with rape, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy.
Bennett is accused of sexually abusing a female juvenile during 2015-2016, according to the warrants.
Bennett has been booked into the Walker County Detention Center, where he will remain without bond pending a hearing in Superior Court, the release states.
