Walter CarterChattanooga police are searching for a man they say strangled someone.
Walter Carter, 64, is wanted for aggravated domestic assault, according to a post on Twitter. A warrant was issued for his arrest Tuesday.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 423-698-2525 or submit a tip through the police department's mobile app.
