Five local chefs competed in the FiveStar Food Fight for a chance to win a Golden Ticket into the 2019 World Food Championships at the Chattanooga Market on Sunday. Each chef had an identical cooking station and were given chicken from Springer Mountain Farms. The chefs used the chicken, one "lottery" ingredient and ingredients purchased on-site at the Market with a provided $50 to create their dishes. Jason Greer from SideTrack won the competition against fellow chefs Amanda Kelly Tait (Beast + Barrel), Jeremy Auspitz (Alimentari Cucina e Bar), Kevin Korman (Whitebird) and Shane Lee Stone (High Haute Foods).
