Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday afternoon on Wilcox Boulevard.
Responding to a call just after 4 p.m. in the 3200 block of Wilcox Boulevard, police learned that a 30-year-old man with a gunshot injury had been taken to a local hospital, according to a news release.
Investigators were told the shooting stemmed from an argument that turned into a physical fight, during which a gun was fired.
