Lawann Demetrius Scott A wanted FBI fugitive from Memphis, Tennessee was captured in Hamilton County on Thursday.
The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (FAST), assisted by the U.S. Marshal Service and the Chattanooga Police Department Fugitive Division, apprehended Lawann Demetrius Scott yesterday in the 3500 block of Dayton Boulevard .
Scott is wanted on charges of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor by electronic means, statutory rape by authority figure, aggravated statutory rape, and continuous sexual abuse of a child.
Scott is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail and is awaiting transport to Shelby County Jail in Memphis.
