Another day in paradise, another amazing photo from paradise. (The Mrs. 5-at-10 has some serious camera skills.)

From the middle of the Pacific, let's do this, tournament style. Here are three NCAA tourney shorts, a mini This and That and our questions.

Contest

Are you in? If not, why not?

I am rolling with UC Irvine and Gonzaga.

The Mrs. 5-at-10 is riding with Belmont and Virginia.

I actually like both of those picks.

You know the drill: Pick the double-digit team you think will be dancing the longest and the first 1 seed to get bounced.

Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. The only way this could be better is if someone got Jim Nantz' neck tie.

Final Four

OK, there are a lot of you in bracket pools around the area, the region and the country.

I and here to help. Pencil Duke to the third weekend. The overall No. 1 seed understandably got the easiest path.

Also, give me UT to make its first Final Four. Call me homer all you want, but I like the Vols draw and I like their experience and desperation.

I will ride with Michigan in "Gonzaga stinks and is wicked overrated Regional."

And in easily the toughest portion of the entire tournament, I will take UK over UNC, which will outlast Auburn in the best Sweet 16 game.

There you go.

Tournament tussle

The ESPN flap of releasing the women's bracket prematurely has taken some of the sting off the controversial addition to Tennessee to the women's field.

Well, here's betting every coach of every major program did a fist pump when they saw Holly Warlick's bunch in the dance. If Holly stays at UT, Ut remains mediocre and an non-threat.

Now Phillip Fulmer has a reason to give her one more year. And the fan base will be tortured for one more year.

This and That

- Dirk Nowitzki passed Wilt in scoring - baskets that is. Hard to believe Dirk is the No.. 6 all-time scorer in NBA history.

- Yankees signed Gio Gonzalez on a minor league deal. Man, someone needs to ask the Braves front office if they continue to rub those dimes together will it eventually make a quarter.

- The Bengals released Vontaze Burfict. Dude is a menace.

- Rams signed Blake Bortles, who is closer to Jared Goff in terms of skill set than most may realize.

Today's questions

True or false, if you could only have one seafood item for the rest of your life it would be shrimp.

True or false, Duke will be the only 1 seed to reach the Final Four.

True or false, Vontaze Burflict will be in jail inside of three years.

As for today, March 19, well, let's explore.

Among some really sketchy dudes who were born today, Bruce Willis turns 64 today.

Rushmore of Burce Willis movies. Go.
