Learn about reptiles Saturday at Russell Cave National Monument in Bridgeport, Alabama, where the Yarbrough's Educational Reptile show will feature slithering and crawling creatures and include discussions on how to recognize and identify differences in dangerous and not-so-dangerous species.

"If you're brave enough, you may even get the chance to touch one of the many safe slithery sliders," organizers said in a news release.

Becky Turner will present a "fun-filled experience about reptiles at 2 p.m. CDT," officials said. The program is free.
