Two people have died after a Monday morning crash at the Interstate 24/Interstate 59 split in Dade County, Georgia.
The single-car crash happened at mile marker 2 heading west.
Dade County sheriff's Deputy Chad Payne said the two victims were "older" but had not confirmed their ages and names as of late Monday.
The accident initially was deemed a rollover and there was "heavy entrapment," Payne said.
Payne said he hasn't heard of speed being a factor in the crash. The Georgia State Patrol is taking over the investigation.
