Walden Security announced Wednesday that it has opened offices in Birmingham, Ala., and Charlotte, N.C.
The company protects the Mercedes-Benz manufacturing facility in nearby Vance, Ala., as well as Alabama Power, and several AT&T properties in downtown and metro Birmingham, it said. Walden also secures the Carillon Building and Charlotte Plaza in downtown Charlotte, and plans to recruit up to 100 security personnel for upcoming contracts in the region.
"Establishing a permanent local presence in each of these cities allows us to deliver proactive service to our valued clients and provide attentive support to our security officers in the field," said Michael Walden, president of Walden Security.
