The new 4,840-square-foot restaurant is opening in the renovated space formerly occupied by Shane's Rib Shack. Rhonda Martin, general manager for the new Northgate eatery, said the restaurant will employ 109 full- and part-time workers. Employees are being trained this week and next to prepare for the opening in two weeks.
Old Chicago features pizza, craft beer and other food and drinks served at a spacious patio with exterior bar seating, 14 big screen TVs, 36 Taps, and a "Dough Room" where guests can get an exclusive "behind-the-scenes" view of Old Chicago chefs preparing fresh made dough daily.
The restaurant will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
