Three national retailers new to Hamilton Place mall -- Pink, Zumiez, and White Barn -- are set to open in the spring 2015.

Pink by Victoria's Secret will open a 3,603-square-foot stand-alone store on the lower level of the mall, near J Crew Factory, according to shopping center owner CBL & Associates Properties Inc. Pink will offer an assortment of sleepwear, lounge wear, bras and panties.

Mall spokeswoman Catharine Wells said that Pink is new to the Chattanooga market, even though Victoria's Secret sells some of its products.

"This is the full line," she said of the new store.

Zumiez is a specialty retailer of action sports-related apparel, footwear, accessories and hard goods focusing on skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing, motocross and BMX for young men and women. It will open a 2,800-square-foot store on the lower level of the mall by the kids play area.

Zumiez debuted in the Seattle area in 1978 with a single store. Now it has hundreds of stores across the United States and Canada.

White Barn, a new concept store of Bath & Body Works, will feature hundreds of candles in more than 50 different fragrances. It will be combined with Bath & Body Works, which will undergo a renovation and add 1,600 square feet to its existing space.

Dan Wolfe, the mall's general manager, said construction will gear up in the next few weeks and it's anticipated that all the stores will open by May.

"These new additions are a great way to start the new year at Hamilton Place," said Wolfe.

Wells said the mall is about 95 percent leased. She said there has been some store closings, such as Piccadilly cafeteria and a Coach unit.

Owned and managed by Chattanooga-based CBL, the mall has more than 1 million square feet of retail space. The mall is anchored by six department stores and includes more than 200 specialty shops.

CBL also owns and operates Northgate Mall in Chattanooga. The company is one of the largest owners and developers of malls and shopping centers in the U.S. It owns, holds interests in or manages 148 properties, including 89 regional malls/open-air centers in 30 states.
