Homemade gelato, craft coffee, a seasonal food menu and a full bar will be among the offerings at a new restaurant coming to the Gulch.

Chattanooga restaurateurs Mike and Taylor Monen finalized a deal to open their Milk & Honey concept in a roughly 5,000-square-foot space at 214 11th Ave. S. in MarketStreet Enterprises' new Gulch Crossing building, according to a media release.

Milk & Honey joins other first-floor tenants Potbelly Sandwich Shop, the Apothecary and Gulch Dental Studio in the development at 11th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street. The building includes roughly 16,000 square feet of retail space, with 205,000 square feet of offices and a 750-space parking garage.
