Small business finalists named for Chattanooga

The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce today revealed the 12 finalists for the 2015 Small Business Awards.

The finalists are:

* 1-20 employees - EBS Consulting LLC, The Crash Pad, Learning RX of Chattanooga

* 21-50 employees - Viatek Consumer Products Group Inc., Summit Physical Therapy, Transcard LLC

* 51-200 employees - Card Monroe Corp., Henderson Hutcherson & McCullough PLLC, Preferred Care at Home of Chattanooga

* Nonprofit organization of the year - Chambliss Center for Children, Chattanooga CARES, Northside Neighborhood House

The companies will be honored during the Small Business Awards Luncheon celebrating small business and entrepreneurial excellence March 25 at the Chattanooga Convention Center from 11:30 a.m. 1 p.m.

To qualify for a Small Business Award, companies must have owned and operated a business in the Chattanooga area for a minimum of three years, shown exemplary success within their industry and display a high level of community involvement and corporate citizenship.

Nonprofit organizations must be committed to ethical practices, engage in community service and exert a positive impact on the community. Candidates for all awards must be Chattanooga Chamber members.
