Mohawk Industries wants to recruit 90 new employees, including binders, weavers, twisters and utility workers, for its manufacturing facilities in Calhoun and Dalton.

Salaries range from $9.97 to $14.94 per hours, the company said.

The company is working with the Georgia Department of Labor to hold a recruitment event on July 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gordon County Agricultural Service Center at 1282 Highway 53 Spur in Calhoun.

The company wants its binders and weavers to have at least one year of experience, though no experience is required for its twisters and utility workers.

Applicants must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and some may have to pass a background check and drug screening.
