Parade magazine is the latest publication to feature Chattanooga as the city gets national and international coverage.

In a story that appeared today online, a travel piece titled "20 Reasons to Love Chattanooga, Tennessee" highlights a variety of locations to visit and sights to see in the Scenic City.

The magazine, which boasts a print circulation of 22 million and serves more than 1,500 newspapers, mentions Max Poppel and Dan Rose, founders of The Crash Pad hostel in Chattanooga's Southside.

"In addition to rock climbing, hiking and biking, Chattanooga has easy access to outdoor adventures of all varieties even whitewater rafting, kayaking and hang gliding," the story said.

Poppel said that "we have everything short of giant mountains. There are running trails, rivers and amazing world-class amenities."

The BBC's Global Business Report recently featured Chattanooga as did The Nation magazine.
