As United Airlines' stock tumbled in in the wake of a video showing a passenger on an overbooked plane being dragged unconscious down the aisle, waves of internet mockery rained down on the head of an airline whose CEO appeared unwilling at first to apologize to the doctor whose bloodied face became a symbol of passengers' frustration.
