Urban Land Institute coming to Chattanooga to share forecast

The Urban Land Institute is coming to Chattanooga to share its forecast on real estate and development trends, featuring insights from leading experts both nationally and locally.

The presentation will be Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at The Westin, 801 Pine St.

Anita Kramer, senior vice president at the ULI Center for capital markets and real estate, will present the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2019 report, a trends and forecast publication in its 40th edition. After the presentation, a local panel will discuss the outlook for Chattanooga area real estate, led by Jim Williamson, vice president of planning and development at River City Co.

Panelists include Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of Lamp Post Properties and Second Story Real Estate Management; Chas Torrence, executive vice president of EMJ Corp.; and John Clark, a residential and commercial developer.
