Dick's Sporting Goods will open its new Chattanooga store at Hamilton Place mall with a two-day kick-off starting Saturday.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place Saturday at 8:30 a.m. Product giveaways for attendees will take place throughout the weekend. On Saturday, the first 100 adults in line will receive a free DSG Training T-shirt.
On Sunday, the first 100 adults in line will receive a free mystery gift card ranging in value from $10 to $500, with one person winning the $500 card. People may visit dicks.com/Chattanooga to receive a coupon for $10 off a $25 purchase, according to the company.
Dick's is shifting its footprint across Gunbarrel Road to the mall as part of the redevelopment of the former Sears store space at Hamilton Place.
