Chattanooga ranked No. 16, just behind Atlanta at No. 15. The top cities are:

5. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

6. Nashville

7. St. Paul, Minnesota

8. Madison, Wisconsin

9. Omaha, Nebraska

10. Boise, Idaho
