"Self Portrait" by Tam SalterAn opening reception is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at Exum Gallery for a monthlong exhibition by Chattanooga Area Art Instructors, a group of active and retired art teachers from Chattanooga, North Georgia and surrounding areas.
Members include those who teach art at private and public schools, as well as in studios and workshops.
Among the works on view in this annual CAAI Members Show are "Self Portrait" by Tam Salter and "Barnacles" by Lynn Starnes.
The show runs through Sunday, Sept. 4. Exum Gallery is inside St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 305 W. Seventh St.
