The Museum Center at Five Points, 200 E. Inman St. in Cleveland, Tenn., will offer a ceramics class with John Simmons from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 12, that teaches how to make a functional and decorative mug or tumbler out of clay using a hand-building method. The works will be glazed off-site and available for pickup a week later. The class is part of a Tennessee Artists Series taught by artists whose work is available in the Museum Store.
