Get a jump-start on your holiday shopping at the two-day Holiday Art Sale hosted by Townsend Atelier, 301 E. 11th St.
The show opens Friday, Nov. 22, with First-Dibs Friday, when shoppers will have first pick of work for sale from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
Hours on Saturday, Nov. 23, will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Original paintings, drawings and prints (framed and unframed ) from eight local artists will be sold with prices starting at $25.
Featured artists will be Meg Aiken, whose work is shown above, Timur Akhriev, Mia Bergeron, Elena Burykina, George Dawnay, Caleb Goggans, John McLeod and Stan Townsend.
Admission is free and the show is open to the public.
