Will Ross Poldark's run for political office be the death knell for his troubled marriage?

Will Poldark and wife Demelza stay together knowing they've both been unfaithful?

Now that George Warleggan knows he's not wife Elizabeth's baby daddy, how will he retaliate?

Fans of PBS' drama "Poldark" have waited since the end of Season 3 in November for answers to these questions. If the suspense is killing you, attend WTCI's sneak peek of Season 4 Thursday night, Sept. 13, at the Palace Theater, 818 Georgia Ave.

Otherwise, wait until Sept. 30, when "Poldark," a Mammoth Screen production for BBC and Masterpiece, returns on the PBS channel.

The adventures and romances of Ross Poldark have enthralled audiences since the series began, and this season promises political intrigue from Trenwith to Parliament.

The new season begins in 1796. To defend Cornwall and those he loves from an empowered George Warleggan, Poldark must play the political game on a journey that takes him to the capital and into new perils.

As episodes air Sunday nights from Sept. 30 to Nov. 18, the season will follow the struggles of the Poldark and Warleggan families in their personal dramas and national conflicts.

"PBS at the Palace" is a free, monthly film screening, sponsored by the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, Brody Jewelers and Allied Eye.

Guests at the screening will enjoy PBS giveaways and learn about special membership opportunities. Concessions will be available for purchase.

Even though the screening is free, tickets are required. They can be reserved online at wtciTV.org/palace.
