Chanticleer to continue Presidential Concert Series at Lee University

After an acclaimed spring 2015 performance, Chanticleer, an all-male, three-time Grammy-winning choral ensemble, will return to Lee University on Tuesday, Oct. 25, for the next installment of the Presidential Concert Series.

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Pangle Hall, 340 N. Church St. in Cleveland, Tenn.

Chanticleer is known around the world as "an orchestra of voices" for the seamless blend of its 12 male voices ranging from countertenor to bass and its original interpretations of vocal literature, from Renaissance to jazz, from gospel to venturesome new music. The ensemble, founded in 1978, is directed by William Fred Scott.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children and seniors. They may be purchased in advance at the Dixon Center box office, 1053 Church St. NE, or by calling 423-614-8343 between 3 and 6 p.m. Monday-Friday.
