The Talleys, a gospel trio composed of Roger and Debra Talley and their daughter, Lauren, will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday, April 2, at Hickory Valley Baptist Church, 2320 Hickory Valley Road. Admission is free, but a love offering will be taken.
The Talleys have received numerous Singing News Fan Awards, Dove Award nominations and have 11 No. 1 gospel songs to their credit. They have frequently appeared on Gaither Homecoming videos and have toured to Norway, Northern Ireland, Italy and South Africa.
Sunday's concert will include music from the trio's new album, "God Is Able," just released in February. This CD features new versions of some of their most popular songs from past years, as well as the trio's No. 1 single, "Up Above."
