The rhythms and melodies of South America and Eastern Europe will be brought to life by Grammy Award-winning guitarist Jason Vieaux and French accordionist Julien Labro in the next String Theory on Tuesday, Dec. 11.
The duo's performance will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Hunter Museum of American Art, 10 Bluff View.
Vieaux, on guitar, and Labro, on accordion, will perform works by Astor Piazzolla, Radames Gnattali, Pat Metheny and Arvo Pärt.
Guests are invited to arrive at 5:30 p.m. for an Art Connection talk with Bob Bernhardt and Ellen Simak, former Hunter Museum curator.
Limited parking is available in the Hunter Museum lot, along High Street and Walnut Street. Guests are asked not to park in the traffic circle in front of the museum or in Bluff View parking lots.
