Help Lula Lake Land Trust celebrate its 25th anniversary when the nonprofit throws an anniversary fundraiser on Saturday, Aug. 10.
Timber Roots Music Festival will be held at the Lula Lake Land Trust Core Preserve with support from Riverview Foundation. Gates will open at 2 p.m.; music starts at 3.
Aaron Lee Tasjan, who has received accolades from the New York Times, NPR and Rolling Stone as "the wittiest, most offbeat, brilliant" Americana musician writing and singing songs today, is the headliner.
Other performers will be The Kernal, a country artist; Caleb and the Gents, a band with ties to Chattanooga; The Afternooners, local band with sounds reminiscent of Vampire Weekend with a dash of Jack Johnson; and Spinster, a local trio of sisters.

Tickets are $35 for ages 12 and older. VIP tickets are $85, which includes perks such as a private bar, lounge and bathroom.
Bring your tent and camp out. Camping tickets range from $100 to $125, depending on location, and include VIP perks.
Food trucks and restaurant vendors will be available. There will be an outdoor bar, hiking and raffle prizes.
So toss down a blanket, or bring a lawn chair, and enjoy the Lula Lake concert.
