Join David Phelps and his daughters, Callie and Maggie Beth, for a night of music, stories and family legacy when the David Phelps Family Band presents a concert in Calvary Chapel, 3415 S. Broad St., at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16.
David Phelps spent 20 years singing tenor with the Gaither Vocal Band, during which he became known for his soaring, three-octave tenor voice.
He won three Dove Awards with the Gaither Vocal Band, is a four-time Grammy nominee and his "Classic" performance aired on PBS.
Tickets are $25 and $30.
