Christopher Cross brings his Take Me As I Am tour to Walker Theatre inside Memorial Auditorium, 399 McCallie Ave., for a 7:30 p.m. show on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
The tour supports Cross' 2017 album of the same name, which is made up of instrumental songs with choruses to create a lyrical landscape.
Cross broke into music 38 years ago with his self-titled debut album that won five awards at the 23rd Grammy Awards: Record of the Year (for the single "Sailing"), Album of the Year, Song of the Year ("Sailing"), Best New Artist and Best Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist ("Sailing.")
