Big Daddy Weave /

The contemporary Christian band with the No. 4 song on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart right now is stopping in town for a show on Sunday night, July 14.

Big Daddy Weave will be in concert at Redemption to the Nations Church, one of the stops on the band's The Alive tour. Audience members will most likely get to preview some of the band's new music coming out on an album set for release in August as well as favorites such as "Redeemed" and "My Story."

Big Daddy Weave is one of Christian music's most-played artists on Christian radio, one of the genre's biggest headlining touring artists and the recipient of multiple industry awards and nominations, including Dove, Billboard Music, ASCAP and BMI awards.

Formed in 2002, Big Daddy Weave is comprised of Mike Weaver, Jay Weaver, Jeremy Redmon, Joe Shirk and Brian Beihl.

Of the band's 14 singles to break into the Top 10, four have hit No. 1. They are "Every Time I Breathe," "Redeemed," "The Only Name (Yours Will Be)" and "My Story."

Single "In Christ" appeared on the Adult Contemporary chart for 24 weeks, peaking at No. 2, becoming the highest-charting AC single for a new artist in 2002. "In Christ" was also one of the Top 25 most-performed ASCAP songs of 2002.

The band's current single, "Alive," has spent 20 weeks on Billboard's Christian Airplay chart.

A variety of ticket packages are available for Sunday's concert. For more information:
