Maybe you know Dwight Yoakam by his No. 1 duet with Buck Owens, "Streets of Bakersfield." Maybe you recognize him as Pastor Phil in "Four Christmases" starring Reese Witherspoon or as Warden Burns from the Channing Tatum-starring movie "Logan Lucky." That's the latest one of 40 films in which he has acted.

But the fact is: You know him. You know his music.

So hear him live when Yoakam plays the Tivoli Theatre on Tuesday, Sept. 10.

Yoakam has sold more than 25 million albums worldwide. He is a multiple Grammy Award winner, has 12 gold albums and nine platinum or multiplatinum albums. Five of those albums topped Billboard's Country Albums chart and another 14 landed in the Top 10. Nearly 40 of Yoakam's singles have charted on Billboard, with 14 reaching the Top 10.

Last summer, he, Lucinda Williams and Steve Earle set out on the cross-country LSD Tour (Get it? The first initial of each one's first name?). He has his own SiriusXM radio channel, Dwight Yoakam and The Bakersfield Beat. The channel celebrates the Bakersfield sound and those it has inspired.

His three No. 1 albums have been "Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc.," "Hillbilly Deluxe" and "Buenas Noches From a Lonely Room."
