Mount Canaan Baptist Church will present "A Romantic Evening With God," a semi-formal dinner and gospel concert, tonight at the National Guard Armory, 1801 Holtzclaw Ave.
The evening will benefit the Nehemiah Journey Capital Fund Campaign in support of building the Midland Community Resource Center.
Entertaining will be Bishop Neal Roberson, whose fourth CD, "Lord I Thank You," is to be released in March. Tuggle's Catering will provide dinner.
Tickets are $80 per couple, $50 for singles. Tickets may be picked up at the church, 2800 N. Chamberlain Ave., or reserved by calling the church at 624-4080 or Covenant Keypers at 838-5054.
The Valentine's themed event is part of the Covenant Keypers Marriage Weekend. In addition to the "Romantic Evening With God," couples are invited to attend Marriage Recognition Sunday services at any Covenant Keypers-affiliated church.
