World of Wheels will bring hundreds of car enthusiasts into the Chattanooga Convention Center this weekend (see story on Page 16), but not all of the fancy cars on display are full-size.

In a separate exhibition hall, the Chattanooga Scale Modelers will be exhibiting hundreds of vintage and modern cars, trucks, motorcycles, race cars, armored vehicles, aircraft, sci-fi and historical figures, maybe even a few dinosaurs towering over the mix.

Organizers say a record-setting number of vendors will take part, with 103 tables reserved. They range from businesses such as HobbyTown to hobbyists looking to sell off excess collectibles.
