Their topics will include archery, hunting, tree-stand safety, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, quail- and duck-hunting, chain-saw safety, boating, motorcycles and rider education.

Fly-fishing for trout, carry permit information, deer scent control, muzzle-loading 101, taxidermy, handgun safety, elk hunting, hunter education classes, beekeeping, turkey calling, field first-aid, duck dog training, Operation Christmas Child and dog nutrition are more of the table topics.

Cajun cuisine will be served at 6:30 p.m., consisting of blackened fish, fried alligator nuggets, crawfish, low-country boil (including shrimp, corn, onions and potatoes), grilled quail, grilled andouille sausage with jambalaya rice, and desserts.

At 7:45 p.m., Houston will take the stage.

"We are excited to host famous bass fishing legend, Jimmy Houston," says James Chapman, event volunteer. "Anyone who has been around the fishing world much at all will have heard of Jimmy. He has been seen at tournaments that are nationally televised and is currently a host on Outdoor World television network. Jimmy has been wildly successful on the FLW Bass Fishing Tour across the United States. He will also be available for pictures and to sign autographs for those in attendance."

The dinner will give away more than 100 door prizes in categories of general outdoors, hunting, fishing, women's and kids. Grand prizes will include rifles, handguns, custom fishing rods, Yeti coolers and more.

Tickets are $15 per person, which includes dinner and door-prize ticket. Tickets must be purchased in advance at either the First Baptist Church welcome desk, Recreation Ministry Office in the Family Life Center or online at firstbaptistcleveland.com.
