Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and Goofy will open doors to unforgettable Disney moments during two performances of "Disney Live! Mickey and Minnie's Doorway to Magic" at McKenzie Arena on Friday, Feb. 16.

This new, spellbinding stage production is filled with grand illusions that will delight the young and young at heart. The audience joins Mickey, Minnie, Donald and Goofy as they step through nine magic doors that are mysterious portals into unforgettable moments showcased in the animated features "Tangled," "Aladdin," "Cinderella," "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Fantasia" and "Toy Story."

With every turn of a doorknob, a new surprise is encountered.

See the Fairy Godmother transform Cinderella's rags into a beautiful gown in a split second; the "Toy Story" gang defy the dimensions of Andy's toy box with the help of green Army men; and the stage debut of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider as they rise into the sky amid floating lanterns.

"This show is about bringing to life the magical places and moments that exist with the world of Disney in a very authentic and modern way," says producer Alana Feld. "By using magic and illusions, we've reimagined iconic scenes and enhanced them, creating a great connection to the characters and stories for our audiences."

The audience is encouraged to interact with Disney characters using magic words given by Tinker Bell. When Mickey and friends encourage families to wiggle their fingers, stomp the ground and make some magic all around, they assist in moving along the plot.

"What's exciting about this show for me personally is that it's the first Disney Live! I have produced since becoming a mom," says Feld. "Now when I'm deciding on content, I automatically think how my daughter will respond to it and how everything created by our amazing team of professionals is geared toward making 'Mickey and Minnie's Doorway to Magic' a way for families to fall in love with Disney all over again."
