The Harlem Globetrotters are bringing their basketball wizardry to McKenzie Arena on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 2, with five new Guinness World Record titles to their credit, which raises the team's world record count to 21.

The five new titles are:

» A somersault basketball shot made at 58 feet, 1.25 inches away from the hoop: Bull Bullard

» Most basketball under-the-leg tumbles in one minute (female): Torch George (32), the first record set by a female Globetrotter

» Most blindfolded basketball slam dunks in one minute: Zeus McClurkin (5)

» Most behind-the-back three-pointers in one minute: Zeus McClurkin (3)

» Most under-the-leg slam dunks by a team using a trampoline in one minute: Flying Globies (28)

The Globetrotters will give their fans a chance to get closer than ever to the action and team's stars on this Fan Powered World Tour. At each game, there will be over 20 opportunities before, during and after for fans to get a chance to directly interact with the team's stars. That's a 30 percent increase over any previous Globetrotters game.

The Harlem Globetrotters roster showcases some of the most thrilling athletes in the world: Big Easy Lofton, Ant Atkinson, Hi-Lite Bruton, Hammer Harrison, Thunder Law, Bull Bullard, Firefly Fisher and Cheese Chisholm. Plus there are female stars TNT Lister, Torch George and Hoops Green.

Also back by popular demand, fans will get a chance to see the Flying Globies, an amazing acrobatic trampoline dunk team that will defy gravity during breaks in the game action.

Prior to every performance, fans can buy a ticket to Magic Pass, the Globetrotters' pregame event. Magic Pass gives fans access to the stars of the team, an opportunity to learn tricks, shoot hoops and take pictures on the court. After each game, fans can participate in a free autograph session.

Tickets are available at harlemglobetrotters.com, utc.edu/tickets, McKenzie Arena box office or by phone at 423-266-6627.
