Twelve hours of nonstop board games, role-playing, war games, card games and any other kind of game that can be played on a table is set for Saturday, June 1, at Chattanooga Tabletop Game Fest.

This third annual day of gaming is put on by local game stores Infinity Flux and Game On to serve the gaming community in Chattanooga. In addition to the games mentioned, more than 100 open game demos will be available.

Volunteers will be on hand to teach games to new players. Guests are also welcome to bring their own games.

One unique aspect of the event is the used-game silent auction, according to organizers. Guests may bring their used, unwanted games to put up for auction. The money raised in the auction of that item will be transferred to store credit that the player can use to purchase new games at either local game store.

Tabletop Game Fest will take place at the Ridgedale Masonic Lodge, 1500 Dodds Ave., from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The venue has multiple floors which allows gaming to take place throughout the building.

Admission is $10, parking is free and food and drink will be available for purchase.
