Chatter is calling on the public - and a professional style panel - to help answer that question.
Through Feb. 14, we'll accept nominations of well-dressed women, no matter how they define style. Simply email a photo, name and contact to editor@chatterchattanooga.com. You can nominate yourself or someone whose fashion sense you admire.
Our panel will help narrow down the pool, then we'll give the public a chance to vote. Those deemed Scenic City Style Icons will be featured in a photo spread in our April issue, thus ending the "fashionable" debate - for now. Men will get their own chance in June.
