Editor's note: In keeping with our theme of social media this year, we asked each of "the 20" to submit personally curated photographs and answer questions that offer a sneak peek into their private, as well as professional, life. We also had them choose a location for their lead photo shoot that ties into who they are.

* Social media - love it or hate it?
I like social media, but I hardly ever post on it.
* What was your last post (about)?
It was a video of my 3-year-old son singing karaoke. Song was "Charlie Brown" by the Coasters.
* What do you consider your biggest accomplishment?
My family. I met my wife Hannah in college at the University of Alabama. We dated for six years and got married in 2013. We now live on Lookout Mountain and have two boys, Henry (5) and Sam (3).
* What is the biggest challenge or hardship you have overcome?
Starting and growing Trident Transport. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur and start a business, I just didn't know if or when that opportunity would come. The one thing I didn't know is how hard it would be but at the same time how rewarding. Trident Transport has been named by Inc. one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for the past three years.
* Any goals for this year?
To continue to grow Trident and create the best place to work in Chattanooga.
* What's one thing you would change about Chattanooga and why?
Traffic.
* Why did you choose this location for your shoot?
Golf is a passion of mine that goes back to my early childhood, and any free moment I get I love to spend on the course.
* Tell me about one of your favorite memories.
Playing in the 2007 U.S. Open at Oakmont. Having the opportunity to play against the best golfers in the world was something I worked toward since I was a kid. It was an experience I will never forget.
